The 2025 version of Sierra Nevada Brewing\u2019s famous Celebration Ale!<\/p>\n<p>I know that Sierra Nevada wants us to call it a Fresh Hop IPA, and I get it. But we will always call it Celebration Ale, my friend.<\/p>\n<p>So, I have had it. One so far. And every year I try to pull something different from the previous years, like everyone else. I can\u2019t so far, from just the one beer. Cleaner, is the only note that comes to mind at the moment. <\/p>\n<p>I will enjoy testing and documenting it more.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some takes on Celebration \u201925 from <a href=\"https:\/\/mikeytoppour.com\/how-to-drink-good-beer-while-living-in-the-suburbs-part-one\/\">Untappd<\/a> users:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cStill great, but the fresh hop character isn\u2019t as prominent as in \u201924.\u201d \u2013 Lone P<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMore subdudued and malty?\u201d \u2013 MBBrews1<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis one is maltier and a bit less hoppy.\u201d \u2013 Lone P<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNot enjoying the hop profile this year. Disapointing.
