Turkey is a good option for burgers and because it can be on the dry side, I like to add shredded zucchini which helps keep the patties nice and moist when cooked! The seasoning in these burgers is a simple Southwest blend of chipotle chili powder, paprika, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cheese is optional and I like a nice pepper jack or cheddar which is melted on top of the patties after they are cooked. You can choose any burger toppings that you like and I usually go with lettuce, tomato, guacamole, and chipotle mayo!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"photo\" alt=\"Southwest
