When gently baked, apples become tender and mellow, making them ideal for little mouths and developing tummies. Rich in vitamin C and fibre, they support immunity and healthy digestion, while their comforting warmth makes them especially suited to colder months.<br \/>This recipe is ideal for Stage 3, helping babies practise chewing and self-feeding.<\/p>\n<p>FROM 10 MONTHS<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation time:<\/strong> 15 minutes\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Wash apples, cut off the top, hollow out.<\/li>\n<li>Remove the core and seeds, then cut the inside of the apple into small pieces, mix with the blueberries, the fruit jar and 2-3 tablespoons of the muesli.<\/li>\n<li>Heat in a pan and fill into the apples.<\/li>\n<li>Bake at 200\u00b0C top\/bottom heat for about 5-10 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0557\/6032\/2649\/files\/holle-kitchen-baked-apple_480x480.jpg?v=1763625732\" alt=\"\" style=\"float: none;\"\/><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Baked Apple Baked apple is a lovely weaning option for babies, naturally sweet, soft in texture, and easy to digest.
