Continue reading to find out how ownership looks at Hostinger and what we gain from it.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Ownership is an essential principle not only at work but also in my daily life. I believe that adhering to it is a sign of maturity and responsibility. That\u2019s why I teach my daughters to have a sense of ownership as well.\u00a0<\/p>\n But what exactly is ownership? For me, it\u2019s about truly caring for what one does, trying to achieve the best result, and taking full responsibility without anyone standing behind your back and supervising you.\u00a0<\/p>\n In every workplace, you could say, \u2018It\u2019s not my problem,\u2019 \u2018Someone else might deal with it,\u2019 or \u2018That\u2019s not my job\u2019 in a lot of situations. Ownership is the opposite of that. You take into account not only your own but also the whole company\u2019s perspective. You want to contribute to the company\u2019s success. So, even when you\u2019re delegating the task to others, you still feel responsible for the result.\u00a0<\/p>\n \nAchieving the best result<\/h2>\n
