I made that stat up, but it might as well be true since of all the 1000s of agents I know, only a handful still blog regularly.<\/p>\n
You\u2019re asking the wrong question when you want to know, \u201cHow often?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n The answer is probably \u201cnot at all\u201d if statistically no one will ever stick with it long enough to see the results they\u2019re asking about. It\u2019s just going to be a waste of time, and a stalled blog with a handful of posts looks worse than no blog at all.<\/p>\n But maybe I got you all wrong.<\/p>\n Maybe you\u2019re one of those people that follow through with their New Year\u2019s resolutions. The right answer is \u201cas often as you can maintain.\u201d You have to continue to feed it content, centering around a target audience\u2019s interest. Want that reward doubled? Blog the good-good twice as often. I\u2019ve written 100s of articles for Real Estate Tomato. And I have taken years off at a time. If you can do it once a week, every week, and it\u2019s the good stuff\u2026 the stuff your customers want to click, then you will be rewarded with great organic traffic.<\/p>\n
Just don\u2019t burn out too quickly. The longer you seed, feed, and share the longer you will enjoy the spoils.<\/p>\n
