Farah Khan’s Special Roast Chicken – A must try for everyone !!!!!
\nIt is incredibly delicious and a favourite of Bollywood celebrities.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Recipe Credits – Farah Khan <\/span><\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/u><\/b>
\nWhole uncut chicken – 1
\nGarlic – 2 tbsps
\nChilli flakes – Kashmiri chillies 5 & spicy chillies 2 or 3
\nCrushed pepper corns – 1 tsp
\nMustard sauce – 3 to 3 tbsps
\nSalt – as needed
\nLemon juice – 3 tbsps
\nOlive oil – 4 to 5 tbsps<\/span><\/p>\n

Method<\/u><\/b>:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Clean the chicken and pat it dry with a kitchen tissue.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Make gashes on the fleshy part of the chicken.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Rub all the ingredients very well on the chicken inside out very nicely.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Cover and set it aside for few overs or overnight in a refrigerator.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. In a deep pan or wok place the chicken and add 4 to 5 cups of water.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Cook it on medium flame for 20 minutes and carefully flip the side.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Again let it cook until the moisture is completely dry.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Dish it out and serve with some veggies on the side.<\/span><\/p>\n

9. It makes a delicious and complete meal. <\/span><\/p>\n
