I also had leftover roasted red peppers and roasted fresh spring garlic. First I put the red peppers and garlic in a food processor with mayo. If you don&#8217;t have leftover red peppers you can always buy them in a jar in oil and just add fresh garlic or garlic powder. Once it&#8217;s in the processor just pulse it until it&#8217;s broken down but still a bit chunky.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0507\/3708\/6614\/files\/leftovers1_480x480.jpg?v=1604004016\" alt=\"\"\/><\/p>\n<p>I used a baguette but regular bread is fine &#8211; this is leftovers after all &#8211; so whatever is handy is fine.
