Start Small\u00a0<\/h3>\n<p>Start with the recommended dose listed on your CBD bottle which will be a small dose. This is key because anytime you start a CBD protocol you want to aim for the minimum effective dose (MED). The MED is the smallest possible dose that will give you the desired effect.\u00a0 If you start by taking a large dose, you may feel relief, but you won\u2019t know if a smaller dose would have had the same effect.\u00a0 Aiming for\u00a0the MED is the most efficient method to see how you body reacts at a\u00a0small dose and then slowly titrate up the dose as needed until you feel the desired effect.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Be Consistent<\/h3>\n<p>It\u2019s near impossible to nail down your proper dosage if you\u2019re not consistent.\u00a0 There are two parts to consistency:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Consumption:<\/strong> choose one method and stick with it.
