What is Oreo fluff?<\/h2>\n

We love a good fluff \u201csalad\u201d in the Midwest.\u00a0<\/p>\n

And yeah, we know that these desserts are really a salad like\u00a0strawberry spinach salad<\/a>. Instead, like\u00a0strawberry pretzel salad<\/a>, it\u2019s just the name.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Fluff is a vintage-style dessert that\u2019s made with a base of pudding and\/or cream cheese mixed with cool whip. The texture of the dessert is light and fluffy\u2014which is where the name \u201cfluff\u201d comes from!<\/p>\n

There are all kinds of flavors of fluff out there. I grew up eating\u00a0pineapple fluff<\/a>,\u00a0orange fluff<\/a>, and\u00a0cranberry fluff<\/a>\u00a0at family holidays.\u00a0Watergate salad<\/a>\u00a0(sometimes called pistachio fluff or green stuff) is another popular fluff recipe around here.\u00a0<\/p>\n
