It can be used as main dish topped with an egg or as side dish alongside a steak or other red meat. Peel the finished potatoes and let them cool.<\/li>\n<li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-67632d8bcfeba\" class=\"direction-step\">Cut the bacon and onion into cubes<\/li>\n<li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-67632d8bcfebb\" class=\"direction-step\">Pour out the bacon in a coated pan over medium heat, add the roughly sliced onion and roast.<\/li>\n<li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-67632d8bcfebc\" class=\"direction-step\">roughly grate raw potatoes into the pan and roast.<\/li>\n<li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1734553408981153\" class=\"direction-step\">grate the cooked potatoes and add them.
