\n <\/picture>Multi-hospital health system Erlanger has entered a collaboration with Qventus to expand its surgical operations and improve access of minimally invasive da Vinci procedures for patients.<\/p>\n
The collaboration focuses on utilising Qventus\u2019 Surgical Growth Solution to optimise operating room (OR) usage, bolster referral patterns, and increase the potential of robotic surgery investments.<\/p>\n
Erlanger Surgical Services vice-president Misti Mattox said: \u201cQventus\u2019 AI technology goes beyond a simple scheduling tool\u2014it\u2019s a complete solution that fills every white space with the best-fit surgeon and case.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis means our clinicians can focus more on patient care and less on administrative tasks, while our community gains access to the very best in healthcare.\u201d<\/p>\n
Qventus\u2019 AI-driven teammates suite offers round-the-clock service designed to enhance the experience for surgeons and clinic schedulers.<\/p>\n
By adapting to individual surgeon preferences and behavioural patterns, machine learning algorithms allocate OR time, moving beyond the traditional first-come, first-served model and giving priority to surgical cases with high-value.<\/p>\n
Qventus CEO Mudit Garg said: \u201cForward-thinking organisations like Erlanger have all of the specialists, staff, OR space, and robotic assets to deliver exceptional care but it\u2019s nearly impossible to maximise all of those resources with the outdated technology that most health systems in the US rely on.<\/p>\n

Ardent Health reported a 41% increase in robotics volume, while West Tennessee Healthcare saw an addition of a record 61 cases to its schedule in the first 100 days of implementing the solution.<\/p>\n
Additionally, Allina Health incorporated more than 50 robotic cases in the last quarter of 2024, which translated into a $5.8m contribution margin directly influenced by Qventus.<\/p>\n
