The importance though is to build relationships with like-minded people. Reach out to people who inspire you, connect with those who share similar goals, and don\u2019t be afraid to ask for advice or mentorship.<\/p>\n
I read this phrase somewhere and totally agree with it:\u00a0 Your network is your net worth. Being part of a community can provide support, accountability, and sometimes even opportunities that you wouldn\u2019t have found on your own.<\/p>\n

Meaning that every subject or topic has its following, no matter what that topic is.<\/p>\n Starting from zero requires a lot of discipline and organization. Find tools that can help you do just that.\u00a0<\/p>\n What works for me is to write down my goals for the day and mark them as done as I go. The key is to keep your daily lists simple and realistic. You definitely want to avoid adding your ultimate goal or dream to that daily list because you will feel like a failure at the end of the day when you haven\u2019t accomplished it.\u00a0<\/p>\n Use tools like Google Calendar to remind you of and help you organize your appointments or the app Goblin to keep track of your responsibilities and to-do list goals.\u00a0Staying on top of your schedule is crucial when you\u2019re trying to build something from scratch, as it allows you to manage your time effectively and stay focused on what\u2019s important.<\/p>\n Remember, productivity isn\u2019t about doing more; it\u2019s about doing what matters most.<\/p>\n I would make mindset and personal growth a priority. It\u2019s easy to get caught up in the hustle and forget about taking care of yourself, but the truth is, your mindset can make or break your success. When it comes to personal and business growth, working on your mindset should take 80% of your energy.<\/p>\n Whether it\u2019s through daily affirmations, meditation, or reading summaries of the best self-help books, keeping your mind in the right place is key.<\/p>\n When I started my personal growth journey I developed a morning routine of meditating, journaling, and listening to podcasts on topics that inspired me to become the best version of me. Your daily routine might look completely different but whatever it looks like make sure it includes some self-care practices.<\/p>\n There are several tools that you can use or apps that you can purchase. You want to get the learning and growing out of the way to get to your end result quickly. Don\u2019t rush it.\u00a0<\/p>\n In my language Papiamentu we have a saying \u201cSopi pur\u00e1 ta sali s\u00e1lu\u201d which translates to \u201cA rushed soup will come out salty\u201d. Have patience and take your time. Learning something new or starting over can be challenging, not to mention frustrating AF, and you are going to want to quit multiple times but be patient.\u00a0<\/p>\n Here is where I found that journaling, daily meditation, and a supportive community can really help.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n Starting over from zero isn\u2019t easy, but it\u2019s an incredible opportunity to build something new, something that truly aligns with your goals and passions.
