Well hello and good day — Donna Bond here, Soul Catalyst, spiritual life and business coach, speaker, author, and yes, full of all kinds of good juju.

This morning, I received a message from a client I worked with many years ago. She wrote, “Thank you for teaching me how to love my sweet self.” That one line brought tears to my eyes. It reminded me of why I do what I do and how much transformation is possible when we step into a new way of living.

Yesterday, I gave a talk to a group of 30 people through a wellness organization. The topic? Three Distinctions Between Self-Care and Self-Love. And it got me thinking…

I teach people how to live differently.

That’s it. That’s the heartbeat of my work. Most of us don’t even realize the limitations we live under — the invisible shackles we keep ourselves bound by. These limitations are what give rise to so much struggle, dissatisfaction, disconnection, and pain.

But here’s the good news: there are so many ways to set yourself free.

And I want to share one of them with you today.

The audiobook carries my voice — a voice that’s undergone deep healing and profound transformation. My voice carries an energetic frequency that can open your heart, lift your spirit, and invite you into possibility. You don’t just hear the words — you feel them. You receive them in a way that activates something sacred within you.

Listen while walking, while cooking, while simply being. Let it fill the spaces in your day with remembrance of who you truly are.

And I’m sharing all of this not just to toot my own horn (okay, maybe a little 💫), but because I live a truly charmed life — not in isolation, but in communion. I don’t keep the magic to myself. I share it. Freely. Generously. Passionately.

You deserve a life filled with peace, joy, love, and aliveness. With inspiration, enthusiasm, and meaning. But let’s be real — this isn’t some overnight transformation. It’s not “take the red pill and wake up enlightened.”

As my beloved teachers, Drs. Ron and Mary Hulnick of the University of Santa Monica say:
“Growth is a process, not an event.”

So if you’re done with the struggle…

If your soul is whispering, there’s more…Start with Original Wisdom. This is the roadmap that changed my life. It’s the compass that guided me out of the hypnotic trance of the physical world and into the sacred truth of who I really am.

And that’s what I want for you too.

You’ve got this. 🌟
