Answering your questions is one of the best parts of my work, so today we have three that I hear versions of all the time in my inbox.

First, what to make for lunch when the kids are tired of the usual go-tos. Then how to stash the freezer with food—and not let it die a slow death in the back of the freezer. And a general discussion about weight gain in kids.

I have tips, easy ideas, and resources to share on all three, so read below for the full info.

And as a reminder, members of the YTF Community get full access to bonus posts like this one each week, weekly meal plans, a fully ad-free experience across the Yummy Toddler Food website, and additional bonus content. Your direct support of my site also helps to make my content possible in a world where Google is increasingly using recipes from creators like me to fuel AI models without permission or compensation. All of which is to say: Thank you for being part of this community and for supporting my work and recipes.
