He was slinging killer sandwiches out of the <strong>Treehouse Truck<\/strong> before most folks even knew what a food truck was. After selling the truck and laying low for a bit, he came back with something bigger\u2014<strong>Pig Floyd\u2019s Urban Barbakoa<\/strong>, and it\u2019s been game over ever since.<\/p>\n<p>Pig Floyd\u2019s isn\u2019t your run-of-the-mill BBQ joint. It\u2019s Florida barbecue with a multicultural twist\u2014Latin roots, Asian sauces, and Southern technique\u2014all rolled into a menu that doesn\u2019t hold back.<\/p>\n<h2
