Yeah, not just a cute collage, but a real-life manifestation magnet? Want to learn how to create a vision board that works? Let’s dive in and make it happen!

But, let’s first touch on why vision boards actually work. Visualizing is without a doubt one of the most powerful manifesting practices, and here’s why:

When you create a vision board, you’re turning your dreams into something you can see and interact with daily. The human brain is wired to respond to images—whether it’s imagining yourself on a sunny beach or landing that dream job, your brain doesn’t know the difference between imagination and reality. This is where the magic happens!

By constantly visualizing your goals, you’re engaging the reticular activating system (RAS), a part of your brain responsible for filtering information and focusing on what’s important. Once your RAS locks onto those images and goals, it starts noticing opportunities, resources, and connections in the real world that will help you get closer to your dream. It’s like setting your internal GPS toward success!

Also, when you visualize your future with excitement, you’re activating the Law of Assumption—believing you already have what you desire. This belief fuels positive emotions, which in turn, raises your energy and vibration. When you feel good and aligned with your goals, you attract circumstances, people, and experiences that match that high energy.

In short, vision boards are more than pretty pictures—they’re powerful tools that help focus your mind, align your emotions, and keep your subconscious working on your goals even when you’re not aware of it. It’s like giving the universe a visual roadmap of what you want, and the universe responds by guiding you in the right direction!

  1.

    Dream Big, Get Specific

First things first—what do you really want? Take a minute (or an hour, no rush) to get super clear. Do you want that dream vacation, your perfect career, or maybe just more peace and joy? Write it down, get detailed, and let your imagination run wild! It is important to be specific! Imagine you are ordering a pizza, but you are not specific with which crust you’d want, or which toppings you’d like on it. You will probably only receive a small cheese pizza. Which is good- but how much better could it have been if you were specific?!

    1.

      Find the Perfect Pics

Now it’s time to go hunting! Grab one of my vision board kits packed with amazing images, affirmations and graphics here. Or you can scroll Pinterest, and even doodle your own stuff. You’re looking for images that scream your goals and make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. If you’re manifesting a beach trip, find the bluest ocean picture that makes you want to dive in!

      ""

      1.

        Add Some Magic Words

Pictures are great, but words? They’re like the secret sauce! Toss in some affirmations like “I’m living my dream life” or “Abundance is mine”—whatever makes you feel powerful and unstoppable. Sprinkle them around your board like little motivational spells.

        1.

Put It Where You’ll See It—A LOT

No hiding your vision board in the closet! Stick it somewhere you’ll see it every day. Whether it’s your bedroom, your desk, or even as your phone background, it needs to be in your face, reminding you how awesome your future is. Or even better: I have designed some pretty awesome Vision Books, and you can get them here. Then you can take your vision board with you everywhere you go!

          1.

            Feel Like It’s Already Yours

Here’s the magic: pretend it’s already yours. Look at your board and feel that excitement of living your dream life. Imagine the joy, the success, and the celebration. That energy? That’s what’s going to turn your vision board into a reality.

Boom! Now you’ve got a vision board that works and feels magical. And don’t forget to have fun with it!

Be sure to grab the “120 Gratitude Journal Prompts” for free today!

            ""

Love and light, and a splash of wine!
