We practise and get trained in a group of 18 students or learners from different parts of the world. It is amazing to see that 80% of the learners are from the overseas and are so intrigued with the Hindu Yogic culture and philosophies. We wake up at 4:30 am every morning and the training lasts for 8 hours every day which includes practising different forms of yoga, learning yoga philosophies and getting acquainted with the teaching methodologies. I sleep at 9:30 pm and have not drank coffee for almost 2 weeks, phew I have managed to survive. Firstly, the place Rishikesh is a teacher in itself. From the holy Ganga river<\/strong> to the ashrams and Himalayan foothills<\/strong>, everything here invites introspection. It\u2019s peaceful, spiritual, and ideal for deep study and transformation. I am halfway through my program and I have managed to explore some parts of Rishikesh, made friends with my cohort and learn something new each day. It is commitment for self-enhancement and I am loving this journey.<\/p>\n
