First up, is Portland Oregon.<\/p>\n<p>1. <a href=\"https:\/\/holytrinitybarbecue.com\/\">Holy Trinity BBQ, Portland, OR<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p>Their website reads in big leaders on the homepage, &#8220;Only Texas BBQ in Portland,&#8221; and the ratings back that statement up. The owner grew up outside of Dallas Texas, and when he arrived to Portland he immediately saw a market for authentic BBQ.\u00a0Holy Trinity offers brisket, pork ribs, burnt ends, and sandwiches. They have an event center for hosting parties, great merch, and catering. Phil&#8217;s has been open since 1998 and are known for their friendliness and consistency. They are big on philanthropy, and opened a\u00a0Resque Ranch in 2014 which is a non-profit. They have been open in 2007, when they first moved to Washington from Southern Carolina they missed the brisket, ribs, and pulled pork from back home. They serve comfort food with a side of craft beer.
