\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Lemon Chicken is a very simple and tasty recipe. We can have it as a starter or as a side dish. And also we need basic ingredients inorder to prepare this recipe.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/u><\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

  • Chicken – 1\/2 kg<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Chopped Onion – 2 medium<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Chopped Ginger – 1 inch<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Soya Sauce – 1 tsp<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Pepper – 1\/2 tsp<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Lemon Juice – 1 whole lemon<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Oil – 2 tbsp<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Preparation:<\/u><\/i><\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

      \n
    1. Firstly, heat a pan and add 2 tbsp of oil.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. When oil gets hot, add chopped onion, chopped ginger and mix well, till they turn to golden brown.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Now add 1\/2 kg chicken and cook with a close lid till water in the Chicken evaporates.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Now, add 1 tsp SoyaSauce and mix well.<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Then add 1\/2 tsp Pepper, 1 whole Lemon juice and mix well and cook for 5 more minutes and switch off the stove.<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. Garnish with some Coriander leaves.<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. It can be served as a perfect side dish or as a starter.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Tips:<\/u><\/i><\/b><\/span><\/div>\n

      • If possible use non-stick pan, inorder to avoid stickiness of chicken.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • We all know Soya sauce already contains salt, so we have to adjust salt accordingly.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
