I\u2019ve mentioned on my 10-Minute Contrarian Podcast how I like to buy things when they\u2019re dirt cheap.<\/p>\n

With a lot of my gold and silver miner stocks, I did just that.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
Some of you may think the opportunity has passed you by.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
It hasn\u2019t.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
For example I did NOT buy Bitcoin \u201ccheaply\u201d at the time, at least I didn\u2019t feel like I did because I could have bought it way cheaper years ago.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
But I did it anyway because I thought it was still super cheap relatively speaking.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
This was when Bitcoin was around $8600 a coin.\u00a0 Proof here<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n I realized you can\u2019t always get bargain basement prices all the time.\u00a0 Sometimes the best investments are multiples of what you saw them in the past.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n An example of this, I moved over into SUI<\/a> at around 88 cents.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n I remember being interested in it at 20 cents<\/strong>.\u00a0 Very interested actually.\u00a0 But I bought something else instead, I don\u2019t remember.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n So almost a 4 and a half x from where I almost pulled the trigger.\u00a0 Imagine the pain of buying it at 88.<\/em><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Sui currently sits at $3.87 four and a half months later.\u00a0 A 4.4x gain in as many months.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Funny how that pain went away super quick.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n I have this conversation with old friends who are asking me about Bitcoin and if it\u2019s too expensive to buy at 100K.\u00a0 They don\u2019t want to feel dumb buying at the top.\u00a0 They won\u2019t say it out loud, but this feeling is their biggest concern, and likely yours too if you\u2019re being honest.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n I told them if they were to buy now, and next month it was at 120K, would they feel stupid, or overjoyed at the 20% gain they could show their wives?<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n You get the idea I\u2019m sure.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Here is the silver price via the SLV ETF on a monthly chart.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n
