This tool is known as Valid and is a fresh UPI-based payment system designed to ensure that the client\u2019s money reaches the correct place every time.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"More_About_Valid\"\/>More About Valid<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"\/><\/h2>\n<p>Valid gives everyone who has been registered in Sebi, like think brokers, mutual funds, investment advisers, a UPI ID which also comes stamped with a unique suffix \u2018@valid\u2019 and also the bank name alongside it. But the success of the <a href=\"https:\/\/techgenyz.com\/google-pay-launches-tap-to-pay-for-upi-in-collaboration-with-pine-labs\/\">UPI<\/a> has also brought about unwanted company, which is fraudsters using fake UPI IDs to target well-meaning investors. With Valid, Sebi will put an end to all of the above.<\/p>\n<p>The investor can now have a clear visual stamp of what they can legitimise since their payment is safe as well as intended. For the intermediates, they will benefit from getting registered as they will now they paid faster with rightful recognition as well as avoiding confusion with the imitators.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_it_Works\"\/>How it Works<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"\/><\/h2>\n<p>The feature will begin its rollout on 1st October 2025, and it will be mandatory for intermediaries to share these IDs as well. As for the investors, it is recommended to use Valid, but it is completely optional for them. They will be able to verify their UPI ID, either by scanning the QR code or by entering it directly. Users will also get confirmation of the intermediary\u2019s bank details, so they do not have to pay blindly.<\/p>\n<p>By the launch of these two features, Sebi is safeguarding trust and money for the investors to navigate the markets safely, so as to keep up with the fast-paced digital world.
