If so, you should proceed with caution and take note of the ICO\u2019s new guidance. The ICO has warned of the dangers of sending bulk emails, including the potential for personal data breaches. In particular, the ICO has highlighted the risks of using the \u2018BCC\u2019 function when sending bulk emails.
