The Beer Idiots\u2019 festival and special events calendar is full of great events in Belgium and nearby.\u00a0Don\u2019t forget the Beer Idiots\u2019 Belgium Beer Week\u2019s sixth edition<\/a> 25-31 August 2025<\/span>. Bars, brewers and event holders sign up for a great week<\/a> to celebrate an intangible cultural heritage to humanity.<\/p>\n

The 10th edition of this festival is hosted at la Grand Place d\u2019Enghien. On the program: beer tastings, musical entertainment, concerts and discoveries.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Held at Streekproducten Centrum<\/a> (Regional Products Centre) in Halle by De Lambikstoempers<\/a> beer club (to which I belong) it features bottles from every brewer and blender of geuze and lambic in Belgium, served up by club members. You will also find a lot of the brewers holding court over the two days. The Beer Idiots are usually among the last to leave it\u2019s so good.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0A fantastic fest in a parking lot that\u2019s not to be missed.<\/p>\n

Beer by the Sea seems like fun and in Middelkerke. We wait to see which brewers they feature!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Set in the lovely courtyard of the Handelsbeurs in Antwerp this fest features traditional and craft brewers of Antwerp and area.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Run by the Biergilde Sainte Gertrude this fest celebrates local breweries.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

A street beer fest with food and a BBQ.<\/p>\n

This free beer festival takes place in Hamont Achel, where about 15 brewers are featured. Facebook.<\/a><\/p>\n

Misery Beer Co. hosts this festival at their amazing location in Aywaille\/Harz\u00e9. Tickets sell fast. As the founders put it: \u2018The best event of the summer, with music, beer and the energy of despair in BBQ sauce\u2019.\u00a0<\/p>\n

No date has been announced as of early June. Keep checking here<\/a>. This regional festival in Zwevegem attracts over 12,000 visitors every year who come to enjoy more than 120 regional beers. Some 35 breweries from home and abroad are invited.<\/p>\n
