{"id":283896,"date":"2025-06-09T15:40:16","date_gmt":"2025-06-09T15:40:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peraltafinancing.com\/uncategorized\/breguet-breguet-type-xx-chronograph-2075\/"},"modified":"2025-06-09T15:40:16","modified_gmt":"2025-06-09T15:40:16","slug":"breguet-breguet-type-xx-chronograph-2075","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fivemor.com\/?p=283896","title":{"rendered":"Breguet \u00bb Breguet Type XX Chronograph 2075"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div id=\"\"><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/people.timezone.com\/jmerino\/25B2075a.jpg\" width=\"1000\" height=\"auto\"\/><\/center>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>As part of its 250th anniversary celebrations, Breguet presents the Type XX Chronograph reference 2075 in two versions, inspired by an emblematic model dating back to 1955.&#13;<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/people.timezone.com\/jmerino\/25B2075b.jpg\" width=\"1000\" height=\"auto\"\/><\/center>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>These new chronographs with flyback function pay tribute to the human genius and courage of the explorers of time: Abraham-Louis Breguet, the watchmaker who founded the eponymous company; Louis Breguet, his great-great-grandson, an aircraft manufacturer; and the aviator duo Dieudonn\u00e9 Costes and Maurice Bellonte, the first people to fly from Paris to New York.&#13;<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/people.timezone.com\/jmerino\/25B2075c.jpg\" width=\"1000\" height=\"auto\"\/><\/center>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>They achieved this feat in just over 37 hours from the 1st to the 2nd of September, 1930. Their plane, a Breguet 19TR <i>Super Bidon<\/i> &#8211; a name chosen because of its large fuel tank &#8211; was decorated with a large question mark on either side of its fuselage.&#13;<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/people.timezone.com\/jmerino\/25B2075d.jpg\" width=\"1000\" height=\"auto\"\/><\/center>&#13;<center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/people.timezone.com\/jmerino\/25B2075e.jpg\" width=\"1000\" height=\"auto\"\/><\/center>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>These two new timepieces, crafted in Breguet gold, an exclusive alloy with blond highlights, feature either an aluminium dial anodized in black, or a solid silver dial. They draw their inspiration from an emblematic &#8220;civil&#8221; timepiece that Breguet presented in 1955, it bears the individual serial number 1780.
