ENDLESS.<\/p>\n<p>People are so freaking busy.<\/p>\n<p>While you\u2019re worrying someone might screenshot your blog or laugh at your Reel, they\u2019re probably just:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thinking about what to have for dinner<\/li>\n<li>Stressed about their to-do list<\/li>\n<li>Pondering what their next Netflix binge should be<\/li>\n<li>Wondering what others think of them<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are selfish beings <em>(in the best way btw).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re all the main characters in our <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">own<\/span><\/em> lives.<\/p>\n<p>So while you\u2019re anxious someone\u2019s judging you, they\u2019re not focused on you nearly as much as you fear.<\/p>\n<p><em>Guess what?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: #f8dcc7;\"><strong>Your \u201ccringey\u201d content is not going to make it as one of their core memories.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>If someone does make a comment or silently judge your post? It\u2019ll last all of 30 seconds before they go right back to living their <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">own<\/span> life.<\/p>\n<p>And honestly? If they spend energy laughing\/thinking\/rolling their eyes at you\u23af that says way more about them than it does about you.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Be Cringe. Be Free. And Do It Anyway.<\/h2>\n<p><em>In a world of basic, be cringe. <\/em>\ud83d\udc96<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cCringe\u201d<\/em> is just another word for courage\u2014 the courage to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start a blog<\/li>\n<li>Film a YouTube video<\/li>\n<li>Launch your first offer<\/li>\n<li>Show your face online<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>That\u2019s brave! Bold! And that\u2019s what gets you closer to your dreams. \u2728<\/p>\n<p>It just means you\u2019re doing something new and different (hiii outside the box!)<\/p>\n<p>And hey, most people won\u2019t think you\u2019re cringe.<\/p>\n<p>The right people will cheer you on, and those are the people you\u2019re creating for in the first place.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>YOUR AUDIENCE.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>(Don\u2019t forget them)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Dare to be off-brand and expand<\/h2>\n<p>One reason we fear judgment is because we think we\u2019re doing something \u201coff brand.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>For me, that was pivoting from music into content creation.<\/p>\n<p>Because here\u2019s what I thought:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cMia is music. She also can\u2019t be a content creator. She should stay in music and don\u2019t she dare leave that box we\u2019ve created for her.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>But why not? We don\u2019t live in one-dimensional boxes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You can:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Write <a href=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/artist\/45PFOQYLdlasr7Yba6UBUo?si=Bh12tEfeROO38M-qlMKhKg\">songs<\/a> and write blog posts<\/li>\n<li>Launch digital products and work at a cutie music label<\/li>\n<li>Be cozy, introverted, multi-passionate, and still succeed \u2615\ufe0f<\/li>\n<li>DO ALL THE THINGS!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Regina George Lives In Rent-free Your Brain<\/h2>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/media3.giphy.com\/media\/v1.Y2lkPTc5MGI3NjExdzdkcDFkY3NjZThlNHY0b3NsZmsyaHQ1azIzODlzYWN0M2dxbHl1byZlcD12MV9pbnRlcm5hbF9naWZfYnlfaWQmY3Q9Zw\/tluiyIK3KcxIQ\/giphy.gif?w=960&amp;ssl=1\"\/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes <em>(actually *all of the time)<\/em>, it\u2019s not others judging us,\u23af it\u2019s us judging ourselves.<\/p>\n<p>That Regina George-esque voice in your head is telling you:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>\u201cYou\u2019re not qualified\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u201cThis isn\u2019t who you are\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u201cPeople will think you\u2019re trying too hard\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>That voice? Total BS and not true.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s just your brain trying to keep you safe by keeping you small (inside that box again).<\/p>\n<p>Your mind wants coziness, comfort, and proof that you\u2019ll succeed before you ever begin.<\/p>\n<p>But comfort doesn\u2019t create change, and no one gets closer to their dream by hiding away in a box.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>No One Cares = Your One-Way ticket to Freedom<\/h2>\n<p>Let this be your permission slip, k?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To stop overthinking your Instagram caption pronto<\/li>\n<li>To post the video <em>even<\/em> if your voice shakes or you made a mistake <em>(no one will notice)<\/em><\/li>\n<li>To write the blog, <em>even<\/em> if your old coworker might see it<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Most people aren\u2019t thinking about you.<\/p>\n<p>And the ones who are? The ones you\u2019re creating for?<\/p>\n<p>They need your message.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: #f8dcc7;\"><strong>The people who matter will support you.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The rest? Boo them<em> (and boo normal).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t even live in your head rent-free.
