grown-up dessert!\u201d<\/em> So I just had to share it with you.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s an easy, quick, and flavorful pur\u00e9e, perfect to introduce seasonal fruits to your baby, starting from 4 months.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ingredients\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>(for 1 generous portion) :<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>1 small ripe nectarine<\/strong> (about 80\u202fg \/ 2.8 oz once peeled and pitted)<\/li>\n<li><strong>1\/2 ripe banana<\/strong> (about 60\u202fg \/ 2.1 oz, very ripe for a soft texture)<\/li>\n<li>Optional: <strong>1 teaspoon of mineral water<\/strong> or cooking water, if needed to adjust the texture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"preparation\">Preparation<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong>Wash and peel the nectarine<\/strong> (the skin can be harder to digest at the beginning of food diversification).<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong>Cut it into small pieces<\/strong> and remove the pit.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong>Steam the nectarine<\/strong> for 3 to 5 minutes, until very soft.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size:17px\">Add
