At the heart of the Ap\u00e9ro menu is Champagne by the glass, available for the first time at C\u00f4te for just \u00a37.50 during Ap\u00e9ro Hour.<\/p>\n<p>The drinks list also features house Anciens Temps wines, a low\/no alcohol Kisum\u00e9 ros\u00e9 from Aubert &amp; Mathieu, and a rotating selection of spritz cocktails. Fans of beer can enjoy imported French lager, and there\u2019s also C\u00f4te\u2019s signature Cr\u00e9mant de Bourgogne.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re so excited to launch Ap\u00e9ro just ahead of summer,\u201d said a spokesperson for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cote.co.uk\">C\u00f4te Brasserie<\/a>. \u201cIt\u2019s a chance to bring a little more pleasure to the start of the evening, whether you\u2019re heading out, catching up with friends or just treating yourself. There\u2019s something very French about that pause between work and dinner, and we\u2019ve created a menu that makes it feel just as special whether you\u2019re in Sloane Square or Solihull. The chance to enjoy a glass of Champagne for \u00a37.50 is a real moment, it\u2019s indulgent but still accessible, and that\u2019s what C\u00f4te is all about.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The launch of Ap\u00e9ro Hour coincides with the arrival of C\u00f4te\u2019s Spring Specials menu, curated by executive chef Steve Allen.
