We\u2019re hoping they\u2019ll connect the flavors from Strata when they\u2019re used in a lot of different contexts\u2014but also we wanted the beers to be quite different so they were fun to drink,\u201d says Celebrate Oregon Beer director Jeff Alworth.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">The collaboration also includes key support from Wyeast Laboratories, a Hood River based yeast lab. Founded in 1986, Wyeast was a critical support in building a nascent craft\u00a0 brewing industry.
