Packed with layers of delicious ingredients, this sandwich is truly a feast for the senses.<\/p>\n<p>Most chopped sandwiches include iceberg or romaine lettuce, but I decided to switch things up a little bit and use arugula instead. Arugula is the star of this sandwich for several reasons. Not only does it add a peppery, slightly bitter flavor that complements the other ingredients perfectly, but it also packs a nutritional punch. Arugula is rich in vitamins A, C and K, as well as folate, calcium and potassium.
