It may take a couple of days before the whole story is told.\u00a0 See also:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"&#039;Massive&#039;: Los Angeles protests erupt over &#039;worst fear&#039; ICE raids\" width=\"840\" height=\"473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/OFH4MWwugUI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Regarding the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2025\/06\/06\/nx-s1-5425509\/kilmar-abrego-garcia-el-salvador-deport-cecot-maryland-ice\">Abrego Garcia indictment<\/a>: Yesterday a top federal prosecutor in Tennessee \u2013where a grand jury indicted \u00a0Kilmar Abrego Garcia \u2014 abruptly resigned. \u201cSchrader\u2019s resignation was prompted by concerns that the case was being pursued for political reasons,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/Politics\/live-updates\/trump-admin-live-updates\/?id=122407456&amp;entryId=122591572\">according to ABC News<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scotusblog.com\/2025\/06\/supreme-court-sides-with-trump-in-two-doge-suits\/\">the Supreme Court sided with Trump in two DOGE cases<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #800080;\">Over the objections of the court\u2019s three Democratic appointees, the justices cleared the way for members of the so-called Department of Government Efficiency to access the records of the Social Security Administration. And the court temporarily paused an order by a federal judge in Washington, D.C., that would have required DOGE to provide information in a lawsuit filed under the Freedom of Information Act. Instead, the justices sent the dispute back to a federal appeals court with instructions for those judges to take another, more skeptical look at the order.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>If all our Social Security numbers get leaked, I look forward to the biggest class-action lawsuit of all time.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2025\/06\/05\/medicare-is-a-target-as-senate-gop-faces-megabill-math-issues-00389537\">Medicare is a target as Senate GOP faces megabill math issues<\/a>. Yeah, they\u2019re admitting they\u2019re looking to cut Medicare to pay for the tax cuts.<\/p>\n<p>Trump is preparing to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2025\/06\/06\/politics\/trump-california-federal-funding\">cancel all the federal funding he can think of for California<\/a>. \u201cAgencies are being told to start identifying grants the administration can withhold from California,\u201d says CNN.<\/p>\n<p>Somebody ought to explain to Trump that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/money\/economy\/2025\/04\/24\/california-gdp-us-states-ranked\/83250950007\/\">California has the fourth-largest economy in the world<\/a>. That\u2019s \u201cworld,\u201d not \u201cU.S.\u201d It is fourth behind the U.S., China and Germany, I question where the U.S. would rank without California. We pay over $80 BILLION more in taxes than we get back. Maybe it\u2019s time to cut that off, @realDonaldTrump,\u201d\u00a0<a style=\"color: #800080;\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/GavinNewsom\/status\/1931087538565054849\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">wrote<\/a>\u00a0Newsom, whose state generates the\u00a0<a style=\"color: #800080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.statista.com\/statistics\/248932\/us-state-government-tax-revenue-by-state\/#:~:text=In%20the%20fiscal%20year%20of,the%20highest%20of%20any%20state.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">highest tax revenue<\/a>\u00a0of any state in the country.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>I\u2019m\u00a0 nor sure how \u201ccutting that off\u201d would work, but if Newsom can figure it out, I hope he does it.<\/p>\n<p>Some idiot Republican congresswoman who is not Marjorie Taylor Greene flew into hysterics after a guest chaplain named Giani Singh led the House in a morning prayer. \u201cIt\u2019s deeply troubling that a Muslim was allowed to lead prayer in the House of Representatives this morning. This should have never been allowed to happen,\u201d she wrote somewhere on social media. The problem was that<a href=\"https:\/\/www.huffpost.com\/entry\/mary-miller-sikh-muslim-post_n_68431b3ee4b04a6fce060b06\"> Giani Singh is a Sikh<\/a>, not a Muslim, and was introduced as such. Second, some Muslims are American citizens and lovely people.
