Its part of their Karuizawa Kogen Beer lineup and is their 2025 for their annual limited editon series, and is available in both cans and on draught. In terms of hops. Elani was the hop that was mostly used in the making of this beer, and Karuizawa Kogen Seasonal 2025 Saison is the first unfiltered product under the Karuizawa Kogen Beer brand. It\u2019s pretty extreme to see a craft beer from this company have such bold and distinct aromas. There was a touch of tropical note to the beer as well, with some light mango and pineapple, but that peach phenol from the yeast \u2013 whoosh \u2013 bold move there!<\/p>\n<p>The phenols came screaming through in the body, and lingered right through into the after taste, and left a sticky, residue on the palate. It was an aggressive beer for sure, and those new to saisons may be put off by the extremity of the phenols.
