London, May 2025:\u00a0Menzies LLP, a leading accountancy and strategic advisory firm, today announces the expansion of its Deal Advisory team with two senior appointments. Greg Cox joins as a Partner based in London, and Dominic Lowbridge joins as a Director working across the Solent and London offices.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The appointments come as Menzies continues to grow its advisory offering following the firm\u2019s move to its new flagship office at 95 Gresham Street<\/a>, in the heart of London\u2019s financial district.<\/p>\n

Greg Cox<\/a> brings significant experience in lead advisory, having advised shareholders, management teams and private equity investors on a wide range of transactions. Prior to joining Menzies, he held senior roles at FRP Advisory and Deloitte, where he built a strong track record in domestic and cross-border M&A. Greg specialises in advising entrepreneurial businesses across the mid-market, helping them to navigate the full deal lifecycle.<\/p>\n

Dominic Lowbridge<\/a> joins the firm\u2019s Solent office as a Director with a focus on financial due diligence. Dominic has spent more than a decade in corporate finance, most recently at RSM UK, and has developed a strong reputation for supporting large corporates, international clients, private equity houses and banks on transactions of up to \u00a3100m.<\/p>\n
