- open the tin of tuna and drain well. I usually tip it into a sieve over the sink and give it a little shake until it stops dripping<\/li>\n
- tip the tuna into a mixing bowl<\/li>\n
- open the tin of sweetcorn, or cook the frozen sweetcorn.<\/li>\n
- add the sweetcorn to the mixing bowl<\/li>\n
- add the mayonnaise to the mixing bowl<\/li>\n
- give everything a thorough mix<\/li>\n
- that\u2019s it, store, covered, in the fridge until needed.It will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

- once ready to eat, spread a quarter of the mix onto a slice of thick cut bread, top with the other slice, cut in half and eat, or wrap ready for packed lunch time<\/li>\n
- there\u2019s no need for butter or anything else<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
This is a very easy recipe to upsize or downsize, simply use equal quantities of all three ingredients.<\/p>\n
How to store tuna and sweetcorn mix<\/h2>\n
In the fridge in an airtight container, this mix will sit quite happily for 3 days.<\/p>\n
