He criticised the State Cabinet’s failure to resolve pending employee issues, especially on Dearness Allowance (DA) dues and retirement benefits.

“Five DAs were due, but the government released only one. Promising another DA after six months is nothing short of deception,” he said. He demanded immediate action on all promises, including DA payments, retirement dues, and reinstating the old pension scheme.

In a statement, Srinivas Goud termed the delay in full retirement benefits as a betrayal, pointing out that the Congress had earlier committed to allocate Rs 500 crore monthly, but did not release funds. He said though the government promised to release Rs 700 crore per month, employees had no guarantee.

He also slammed the government for ignoring the promised implementation of the old pension scheme, calling it a shame. He warned that alienating employees would cripple the government. He reminded that under the K Chandrashekhar Rao government, employees’ welfare had been prioritised, unlike the present Congress government which is deliberately wasting time and cheating employees.

Demands immediate action on all poll promises, including DA payments, retirement dues, reinstating of old pension scheme Published Date – 7 June 2025, 01:28 AM Hyderabad: Former Minister and former leader of Telangana Gazetted Officers’ Association V Srinivas Goud came down heavily on the Congress government for betraying the trust of government […]

[106106,106107,106108,101336,106109,88,101329,106110
74219,15255,106111,106112,106113,11416,106117,106114,106116,1513,1313,106115
["post-277903","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-congress-government","category-dearness-allowance","category-employee-issues","category-hyderabad","category-hyderabad-news","category-news","category-telangana","category-v-srinivas-goud","tag-betrayed","tag-congress","tag-congress-government","tag-dearness-allowance","tag-employee-issues","tag-employees","tag-goudtelangana","tag-hyderabad-news","tag-srinivas","tag-today","tag-trust","tag-v-srinivas-goud
<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.4 -
