Kilmar Abrego Garcia still isn\u2019t home, despite the Supreme Court\u2019s unanimous order to facilitate his return.<\/p>\n

Last week, Senator Chris Van Hollen of Maryland travelled to El Salvador to check on Kilmar\u2019s well-being. Days after he returned, he joined MoveOn\u2019s monthly Volunteer Network Call to provide a report-back on his visit with Kilmar and to sound the alarm on what this injustice means for all of us.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis case is not about one man alone,\u201d Sen. Van Hollen said. \u201cIt\u2019s about all of us. It\u2019s about our Constitution. It\u2019s about our right to due process. Because if you deny one person their constitutional rights, you threaten them for every other person who resides in the United States of America.\u201d<\/p>\n
