Dear reader, remembering what you dreamed has a lot of benefits. This article shows you the danger of not remembering what you dreamed.

Your destiny is affected by what you dream.

First, we must know that dreams play an important role in our destiny. In fact, people’s destiny is closely related to what they see in their dreams. For example, if you see yourself successful in a dream, you might also be successful in real life. However, if you see yourself failing in a dream, you might find yourself failing in reality.

While you sleep, God shows you His plans for your life in dreams.

Second, you need to realise that as you sleep God always shows in dreams His plans for your life. This is exactly what happened in the life of the little boy Joseph. While he was still young, God showed him what will happen to him when he grows up.

Listen to what God’s word in the Bible says:

9 Then he had another dream, and he told it to his brothers. “Listen,” he said, “I had another dream, and this time the sun and moon and eleven stars were bowing down to me.”

Genesis 37:9

It is interesting to note that many years later, his entire family bowed down to Joseph, just as God had shown him in a dream when he was young.

It is important to remember what you dreamed.

Therefore, considering the fact God’s plans for are displayed through dreams, it is important that we try our best to remember what dream as we sleep. Moreover, we must remember what we have dreamed, because through dreams, God shows us the activities of our enemies.

The destiny of Egypt depended on what one man dreamed.

As a good example, we see that at one time the fate and survival of all of Egypt depended on whether the pharaoh remembered his dream. Fortunately, he remembered the dream, and Egypt survived the seven years of famine.

Satan deploys demons to prevent you from remembering what you dreamed.

Since dreams are important to our destiny, Satan always deploys demons into people’s lives to prevent them from remembering what they dreamed. Because they can’t remember what they dreamed, many people are unaware of God’s plans for their lives. Also, they fail to know the plans of their enemies.

Always pray before sleeping.

Therefore, considering Satan’s interference, it is important to always pray before sleeping. In your prayer, cover your dreams with the blood of Jesus Christ and always ask God to show you everything you dreamed.
