Backed by Alexander &amp; Co, and designer Jeremy Bull, the former caretaker\u2019s residence now stands as a sun-drenched space, offering surf nostalgia, with serious hospitality energy.<\/p>\n<p>The drinks menu leads the charge, with options including: the Bombora \u2013 blending Patr\u00f3n, pineapple acid and orange. Craving a juniper forward sip? The Piper Perch features Brookie\u2019s Slow Gin, hibiscus, and bitters, finally the Pico de Mango hits strong with Grey Goose and tropical flair.<\/p>\n<p>Glenn Piper, CEO of Epochal Hotels says Bombies is more than just a bar \u2013 it\u2019s a feeling.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s like stepping into a friend\u2019s beach house where the night unfolds effortlessly \u2013 live music, cold drinks and an electric energy that just clicks.
