This <\/span>Mushroom P\u00e2t\u00e9 <\/span>recipe is one I refer to as the \u2019Land & Sea\u2019 of party food. <\/span><\/p>\n

The land is represented by the earthy, intense flavour of the mushrooms and thyme. The delicate flavour of the sea is represented in the succulent, pan seared scallops.<\/span><\/p>\n
