It\u2019s released every year in limited 500 ml bottles. Malts and hops from the Belgian, French, and German countryside are combined and fermented with yeast captured from the wind on the slopes of Mt. Hood. The beer is highly complex while remaining refreshing with notes of honeysuckle, pepper, and citrus zest.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">This year, and moving forward, White River Saison is released in refillable bottles through the Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative (OBRC). Bottles can be returned to the Ferment tasting room in Hood River, at any OBRC bottle drop, or consumers can sign up for the OBRC green bag program at home. Through this program, bottles are cleaned and reused instead of being shipped away and broken down, which reduces waste.
