PRESS RELEASE \/ June 4, 2025 (Orleans, MA) \u2013<\/strong> Triton Beverage Group, which began with Hog Island Beer Company<\/strong><\/a> and\u00a0recently expanded through the acquisition of Mayflower Brewing Company,<\/a> is proud to\u00a0announce its latest milestone: the acquisition of Cape Cod Beer<\/strong><\/a>, the region\u2019s original craft\u00a0brewery, founded and operated by Todd and Beth Marcus since 2004.<\/p>\n

This move brings together three of Massachusetts\u2019 most beloved coastal breweries under one\u00a0independent, Cape Cod\u00a0rooted umbrella. With shared values of quality, authenticity, and\u00a0community, the partnership sets the stage for an exciting future in craft beer across New\u00a0England.<\/p>\n

With this acquisition, Triton Beverage Group becomes the largest locally owned brewing\u00a0company on Cape Cod and the South Shore, celebrating nearly 50 years of collective\u00a0brewing history \u2013 all originating from coastal towns on Cape Cod Bay, Nantucket Sound, and\u00a0the Atlantic Ocean.<\/p>\n

Triton Beverage Group will continue to operate each of its breweries \u2013 Cape Cod Beer in\u00a0Hyannis, Hog Island Beer Co. in Orleans, and Mayflower Brewing Company in Plymouth \u2014\u00a0within their original locations, preserving the unique identity, culture, and community connection\u00a0each brand has cultivated.<\/p>\n
