Leann Dearg is a malty but easy drinking ale. Brewed with a base of flavourful Maris Otter malt and just enough roasted barley to add a touch of red colouring. A blend of English hops (East Kent Goldings & Fuggles) adds a subtle herbal tea quality and some bitterness to balance. Not too old, not too young, just right. No longer a spry young lad, but that doesn’t mean I can’t still party with the best of em’. Full bodied, rich malty American style Brown Ale with notes of chocolate and coffee from the darker malt, and pronounced notes of plum and raisins from rich crystal malts. A low level bitterness to keep things in check and balance out the more complex malt bill. This is our West Coast IPA. We’ve dialed back the crystal malts, creating a nice light platform for the hops to shine. And shine they do. Citra, Simcoe, Chinook and El Dorado team up to provide a classic west coast IPA with a punchy fresh twist. A lightly kilned malt bill gives the beer its unique amber copper colour. A low hop presence is balanced by a warming alcohol finish. Session Hazy IPAs can be a little tedious, but the combination of Sabro, Strata and Vista hops in Sun Bear bring loads of citrus, tropical layers and some nice grippy bitterness in the finish. First introduced at the 2022 Adelaide 500, where it was crafted for speed, our cruisy 3.5% pale ale knows when to pull back the pace. It’s bold enough to hold its own next to big-hitter beers on flavour, yet light enough to stick around for multiple-rounds. While it still displays all of the characteristics true to style: pine, citrus oil, grapefruit, and pith, you will notice we’ve pulled back on the bitterness to keep it super approachable and sessional. Balanced with smooth caramel and biscuity malt notes, this is the beer you’ll reach for if you’re looking for reliable refreshment.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
