More venues, more flavour, more mini Martinis!<\/em><\/p>\n

Four Pillars is bringing back the much-loved Martini Collective for its third year! In celebration of the world\u2019s most iconic cocktail \u2013 the classic Martini \u2013 Four Pillars is teaming up with some of Sydney and Melbourne\u2019s best bars and restaurants to offer an aperitif-style Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin Mini Martini, paired with a curated snack unique to each venue.<\/p>\n

Sydney leads the charge with ten venues in the Collective. Returning favourites such as Shell House, The Charles, Le Foote and NOMAD are back, joined by exciting new additions including \u2013 Middle Eastern favourite NOUR, the newly opened Bar Julius and the stunning International at Martin Place.<\/p>\n

The series returns to Melbourne for a second year with Bar Bellamy, LUI Bar and Reine back on the list, alongside newcomers, Hazel, Society, Grill Americano and Bar Liberty joining the incredible line-up.<\/p>\n

Each venue will offer its own twist on the Mini Martini experience, pairing the classic Martini with a unique snack that complements the botanical mix of Four Pillars\u2019 bright and savoury Olive Leaf Gin.<\/p>\n

At NOUR, guests can savour a refined take on anchovy toast, where Cantabrian anchovy, tomato ezme and toasted pita come together in a bold, salty bite that beautifully complements the Martini\u2019s clean, savoury profile. Meanwhile, Society offers a classic yet elevated pairing with its Smoked Tomato Sourdough Crostini \u2013 a perfectly balanced mouthful of umami and acidity that is the ideal companion to enhance the accompanying aperitif.<\/p>\n

Kicking off from Monday 19 May and running through to Sunday 22 June, the Four Pillars Martini Collective is ready to start your night out in the most delicious way possible. For the first time in the history of the event, the Martini Collective will run through World Martini Day, Saturday 21 June.<\/p>\n
