Over the last three years we have had over 150 founders and investors take part in the programme focusing on the growth mindset, the signs and symptoms of burnout, intrinsic motivation and team alignment.\u00a0The rewards from participating in the programme in terms of personal growth as well as the impact on your startup cannot be underestimated. To quote one of the participants from last year:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><em>\u201cGive yourself the time to step out of your regular flow and rejoice in the time made available during the weekly sessions to enhance your well-being and leadership capabilities.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>We are running an orientation session on the 11th of April at 11am which gives you an opportunity to hear from Justin Milano, some previous cohort attendees as well as give you a sense of what is involved and how the sessions will run each week.\u00a0<a class=\"email-link\" title=\"Register here\" href=\"https:\/\/us02web.zoom.us\/meeting\/register\/tZUkfu6qrzIqH9bksSyOJrBqeGQIBkSUdyJj#\/registration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Register here<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0to confirm your place and is completely free to attend.<\/p>\n<p>If you have already heard about how wonderful the programme is and just want to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/platform.abroad.io\/account?e=new_zealand_founder_programme_2024_6cw7ubff\">register<\/a><\/strong> to participate in the programme which runs from May 9th until August 1st from 11am \u2013 12:15pm, then please <a href=\"https:\/\/platform.abroad.io\/account?e=new_zealand_founder_programme_2024_6cw7ubff\"><strong>register at the Abroad website<\/strong><\/a>.
