      <\/h2>\n<ol id=\"recipe-preparation\">\n<li id=\"step-1\">\n<p>Preheat oven to 160c \/ 320f<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"step-2\">\n<p>Season Osso Buca with Lane\u2019s Prime Rub and set aside while you preheat a pan\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"step-3\">\n<p>Sear off Osso Buca in the pan with a touch of olive oil. Add in onion and garlic to the same pan, cooking until golden brown on each side.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"step-4\">\n<p>Transfer Osso Buca to a baking dish, adding diced carrot, wine and stock and cover. Placing in the oven for 2 to 3 hours or until probe tender.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"step-5\">\n<p>In a medium saucepan, bring the chicken stock to a simmer; keep warm<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"step-6\">\n<p><strong>I<\/strong>n a large saucepan, heat the olive oil. Add the onion, season with salt and pepper, and cook over moderate heat, stirring, until softened, about 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"step-7\">\n<p>Add the rice to the saucepan and cook for 1 minute, stirring throughout.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"step-8\">\n<p>Add wine to the rice<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"step-9\">\n<p>Cook until rice has absorbed the wine.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"step-10\">\n<p>Add \u00bd cup of warm stock and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly (Important to have the stock warm, so it doesn\u2019t make the rice gluggy) until the liquid is almost fully absorbed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"step-11\">\n<p>Continue adding the stock \u00bc cup at a time, constantly stirring until liquid is almost absorbed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"step-12\">The risotto is done when the rice is al dente and suspended in a thick, creamy sauce, about 20 minutes total. Season the risotto with Lane\u2019s Sweet Heat.
