Pelican used more than 1,000 pounds of fresh raspberries to create this bright, refreshing brew with a tart raspberry character, layers of fruity complexity and a pink-hued foam. Raspberried at Sea starts with a base beer inspired by the Tripels of Belguim, then layers on color and flavor with bountiful amounts of raspberries and carefully selected Abbey-type ale yeast.
