With only 500 portions of each dish available on the day, diners will need to be quick to be in with a chance of securing their chosen dishes.<\/p>\n<p>The event is free to enter and dish tokens (\u00a310) can be purchased in advance from Monday May 26. For more details and to buy dish tokens visit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.secondbitefestival.com\">www.secondbitefestival.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>As well as a stellar chef lineup and the drinks offering from Wylam Brewery, there will also be DJs and an online auction with amazing foodie experiences up for grabs.<\/p>\n<p>All proceeds from SecondBite will be donated to Cancer Research UK to help support more than 4,000 researchers, clinicians and nurses to transform how they help prevent, diagnose and treat cancer, bringing hope to millions of people now and in the future.<\/p>\n<p>Si\u00e2n Byerley, co-owner of Pine, said: \u201cWe\u2019re aiming to beat the amazing total BiteBack 2024 raised for Cancer Research UK, which is why we\u2019ve opened up this year\u2019s event to even more chefs, so we can accommodate more guests and serve up even more delicious streetfood dishes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re thrilled to have so many amazing chefs in one place, and thanks to them for giving up their time so generously, as well as the amazing people at Wylam Brewery, who, like last year, have provided the venue. We\u2019d also like to thank the various sponsors who are providing produce, fridges, generators and all manner of equipment needed to ensure the event runs smoothly \u2013 including Wellocks, Hodgson Fish, Oliver Harvey and R &amp; J Yorkshire\u2019s Finest, to name just a few.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI personally want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has given so generously so far to help make the SecondBite possible.
