This is more concerning than ever. Not that long ago the PREP Act (Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act) was updated. This recent update, PREP Act 2, has been introduced 5 after years COVID was declared a public health emergency. It has been extended to 2029.

Basically, it states that this Act is in place:

“To encourage the expeditious development and deployment of medical countermeasures during a public health emergency, the Public Readiness and emergency Preparedness Act (Prep Act) authorizes the Secretary of Health and Humans Services (HHS) to limit legal liability for losses relating to the administration of medical countermeasures such as diagnostics, treatments and vaccines…”
-For details go here.

On the surface the PREP Act looks like it was written with good intention. However, it belies the fact that it is unconstitutional: It may surprise a number of citizens that, in effect, the PREP Act is (and always has been) nothing more than a protective cover-arm. Essentially, it serves as a liability shield to protect profiteers and racketeers in high places with self-serving agendas.

The majority of people don’t realize how much power and influence these highly untrustworthy people in high places have.

It should, for instance, be highly concerning to citizens that through the PREP Act, the US HHS secretary can single-handedly declare a health-related crisis. The health secretary doesn’t need data, or any other evidence to justify or explain what constitutes his decision to declare an emergency crisis.

Declaring an emergency further extends into a tiny number of other authoritative individuals. For examples, the DoD (Department of defense) and the DHS (Department of Homeland Security) in the cases of a claimed cyber-attack or financial threat can uncontestably declare an emergency crisis.

Knowing that these crises can be down to the opinion of single individuals ought to send alarm bells ringing to US citizens. This has been going on since the PREP Act’s inception in 2005.

Implications

In light of the above. Consider the implications. Consider the potential vested interests tied into power, profit and political gains through a declared crisis based on no real evidence.

Consider the kickbacks for some when a declared emergency allows the set-up of contracts, unregulated, unlimited federal acquisitions, such as the buying of huge quantities of protective equipment, diagnostic testing materials, Big Pharma drugs and other medicines including vaccines by-passing FDA regulation, no protocol for good clinical practices, no need for informed consent.

All these aspects are covered through clauses in the PREP ACT.

For example, Big Pharma accountability for vaccine damage has been removed, making vaccine manufacturers free from criminal prosecution.

-Imagine a similar situation where government legislation made motorcar companies exempt from criminal prosecution over fatalities through safety issues. Thousands of driver fatalities resulted due to car malfunctions, as no proper safety checks had been carried out. Consider the public outrage and absurdity if this happened for real!

The Prep act extends into spraying the skies with military-based experimental toxic chemtrails dropping down on populations nationwide, done under the guise of blocking the sun, since the fake climate change crisis has been declared an “emergency.” The effects of these toxic chemicals could, if wanted to, mimic symptoms of a “virus” going round in the communities…

The list of declared “emergencies” goes on, where crisis handling operations have common patterns steeped in deception.

The PREP Act liability shield needs to be broken down. Removing immunity from lawsuits for vaccine manufacturers would no doubt be a step in the right direction. Currently, no great progress has been made with this to get a repeal.

MAHA, HHS and RFK Jr.

Recently, RFK Jr. misspoke by announcing to people at large that COVID was over. Actually, the true status is that COVID is not over because it has not been officially removed from the PREP Act. As soon as RFK Jr. decides to remove COVID from the PREP Act, no longer becoming an emergency declaration, that’s when it will be over. As sole authority, it wouldn’t take much effort from him to do this.

However, in the meantime, while nothing is done to remove COVID from the PREP Act, young children continue to receive many related poisonous unproven vaccine shots, as RFK publicly declared that he’ll stand by the CDC (Corrupt Disease Company) while supporting the childhood vaccination program (from fetus to 18 years old).

Considering there has been much optimism for Kennedy since his tenure as the HHS boss it’s been very disappointing. Tragically disappointing in fact. Consider the related unopposed ongoing harm and suffering from vaccine adverse events.

Why has he taken a 180 degree turn on so much of what he stood for earlier?? What do the powers that shouldn’t be have on him?

Take a look at this excellent video from Greg Reese “The Empty Rhetoric of MAHA” highlighting some of those 180-degree flip-flop moments, fueling the empty rhetoric.

If Kennedy has integrity he should resign from the HHS and become a whistleblower. If he doesn’t do this then he will be known as a coward and a fraud.

Given that so much hinges on the liability shield PREP Act, somehow it has to be taken down.

In retrospect of the above, no government, no politician is on the side of we the people. What have they done for humanity?

At least we can take precautionary measures to protect ourselves from government systematic poisoning.

Not an exhaustive list, and your own research and due diligence is wholly encouraged at all times, here are 7 ways to prevent your government from systematically poisoning you.

1. Don’t take the vaccines.

Non-compliance is key. Stand up to the medical bullying. Don’t give way to ivory tower officiousness from authority figures such as that from doctors, which leads to the next one on the list:

2. Keep away from doctors

Doctors will try all they can to vaccinate you or your child. They are looking to vaccinate as many patients as they can so that they can achieve their target numbers to get bonus payouts from Big Pharma. Some of the doctors, such as pediatricians are quite evil…

3. Avoid drugs where you can

Do all the research you can to find alternative treatment. Consult a naturopath.

4. Avoid polluted areas

If, for example, the skies have been bombarded with crisscross chemtrails then stay indoors. You might want to wait until the skies are clear to go out.

5. Get sunlight

When skies are blue get at least 15-minute daily doses of sunlight. Vitamin D3 from sunlight has many health benefits. You may even want to consider re-locating to another area for bluer skies.

6. Get good doses of vitamin C, especially in winter

Some people undergo detox programs whereby vitamin C is infused intravenously into the body. This method is used so that it by-passes the stomach acid if taken orally.

7. Include anti-inflammatory foods in your diet

For remedial and preventative measures anti-inflammatory foods are great. Anti-inflammatory foods include ginger, turmeric (curcumin – the active ingredient), olive oil, vitamin E, berries, green tea… the list goes on. Avoid processed foods.

The key is to have enough insight to realize what your government is trying to do to you.

This is more concerning than ever.
