They also go on to buy more health tests for themselves.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3d64ae;\"><b>30%+ : <\/b><\/span>\u00a0Around a third of our members use our 24\/7 GP service, 35% of them out of hours in evenings or weekends.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3d64ae;\"><b>1 in 4<\/b> <b>:<\/b><\/span> While most callers (85%) get what they need in their appointment, a quarter of calls also result in an open referral to see a private specialist.<\/li>\n<li>Top calls to the GP line are around MSK issues, ear, nose and throat issues (including coughs and colds), skin conditions, urology and gastroenterology conditions \u2013 reflecting some of the most common reasons for sickness absence.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3d64ae;\"><b>40%<\/b> <b>:<\/b><\/span>\u00a0MSK conditions represented c40 percent of claims last year.
