The move positions Alychlo as majority owner of the prestigious automotive and lifestyle event, with a stated ambition to drive sustainable growth in Belgium and support the brand\u2019s international expansion.<\/p>\n<p>Entrepreneur and automotive expert Philippe Quatennens, who joined the Zoute Grand Prix initiative in 2023, will remain involved as a shareholder. The existing leadership team is expected to stay on board, ensuring continuity in operations and strategy.<\/p>\n<p>Zoute Grand Prix, founded in 2010 in Knokke-Heist, Belgium, has developed into a major European rally and lifestyle event. It blends classic and contemporary automotive displays with art, gastronomy, and high-end hospitality. The event draws participation from leading global automotive brands and attracts several hundred thousand visitors annually.<\/p>\n<p>In recent years, Zoute Grand Prix faced operational and financial challenges, notably during the COVID-19 pandemic. CIM Capital, a Belgian investment and advisory firm specializing in corporate turnarounds, facilitated a recovery by providing both financial support and strategic direction.
