When cleaning stainless steel:<\/p>\n

  • Avoid harsh cleaners<\/strong> like bleach, chlorine-based sprays, oven cleaners, and heavy-duty degreasers \u2014 they can break down the protective layer and cause damage.<\/li>\n
  • Skip abrasive tools<\/strong> like steel wool that can scratch the surface and lead to rust.<\/li>\n

    Your Kenyon grate and griddle are naturally non-stick \u2014 no extra butter or oil needed for most foods! (In fact, using too much oil can cause unnecessary smoke.)<\/p>\n

    Here\u2019s how to keep them in top condition:<\/p>\n

    • After grilling, while the surface is still warm (but not too hot!), use a wet paper towel and a pair of tongs to wipe away any leftover food or marinade.<\/li>\n
    • If the grill has cooled, preheat on medium heat for a few minutes, then use the wet paper towel method.<\/li>\n
